Summary
After the controversial death of Norman Osborn, Spider-Man finds himself on the wrong side of the law as his best friend Harry Osborn has put out a man-hunt for the masked vigilante responsible for his father's death.
AKA, Spider-Man gets arrested and has to try and keep his identity a secret while also trying to clear his name while also trying to stop the sinister six. Plus all the usual Peter Parker stuff too.
(This fic is a Spectacular Spider-Man fic. Context from the show isn't necessary so long as you're generally familiar with spider-man and spider-man characters, but it is helpful.)

Once upon a time, Petra Parker (going by Peter at the time) and Eugene 'Flash' Thompson hated each other. Now, at their ten-year high school reunion, the Spectacular Spider-Woman and the newly minted Agent Venom strike up a friendship. But when Flash loses his VA benefits at the same time Petra gets an offer for health insurance from the Bugle, she hatches an idea: a civil union of pure convenience, mutually beneficial, no strings attached. So long as neither of them catch feelings, but it's not like that would ever happen. The only thing more ridiculous than that would be if Flash was already in love with her, but c'mon, can you even imagine?
