Summary
It’s the morning before college, a place he worked so hard to get into. Megumi is excited but scared at the same time. His whole life, there was always someone he could come to when things got bad or when he needed help with something. Even though Megumi hated it to ask for help, it felt nice having someone. Before Satoru came along, it was Tsumiki. After she fell into a coma, Satoru and him grew closer than anyone he’s ever known. Not that he would tell him that, but it’s true. He really became like a father to him, which makes it even harder to leave.
S “Megumi, you have to get ready. We drive in 15 minutes.”
M “I know, I’m just packing my books real quick.”
Megumi runs down the stairs with a bag full of books in his hands
S “You want to take your books to college? You know you can buy new ones there.”
