    They held onto themselves a little tighter, white eyes faced forward but not really focusing on anything, a heavy weight sitting uncomfortably in their aching chest. Who would the show even be for? Poor old Morph? Hah, when had they ever done anything for themselves?

    Their hand gripped the front of their uniform and tugged, eyes briefly misting over before they blinked it away.

    They were hurt, and the worst part wasn't even the pain. They were just... hurt.

    OR: Logan wanted to throw away everything for Jean? Fine, but Morph isn't going to put up with it any longer.

    The last thing Morph remembers are the Magneto Protocols, falling towards Earth, getting ready for the end. They aren't expecting to wake up in Kansas more than a century before their time. They aren't expecting to be stuck there with a half-dead Logan, no one else from the team to be found. And yet, here they both are. Kansas, 1887, nothing but each other and a lot to learn about the time they're in now. Maybe some to learn about each other, too.

     

    Or, Morpherine get chucked into the Wild West together after season 1, whatever will they do?
