    Eloise “Ellie” Prescott was no stranger to death. She was one of the only survivors of the Macher House Massacre and the so-called Final Girl of the Woodsboro murders. Her boyfriend and best friend had committed the gruesome crimes, and no matter what she did, she could never outrun their shadows, especially when they kept inspiring other psychos to create their own horror movies with Ellie in the center.

    Her joining the FBI was supposed to help change that. She would be helping to prevent more murders instead of being helpless, standing off to the side as they happened. Being the media liaison of the Behavioral Analysis Unit was meant to be a good thing, something that would keep her from falling into the abyss. Instead, it might be pushing her closer to the edge.
