Small segments of Naruto and Sasuke's relationship throughout the years, where Sasuke can't say 'no' to Naruto and doesn't know why. All he knows is Naruto's eyes are really pretty and he smells really good.
Naruto, on the other hand, quickly caught on and used it to his advantage. What started out as a game couldn't possibly become more, right? Even if being around Sasuke makes him feel nice, and he sometimes steals Sasuke's clothes.
Or, 5 times Sasuke gives in to Naruto and one time he figures out why.

It wasn’t until he spilled water on his camera that he realized how much it mattered to him.

Summary
After the Fourth Great Ninja War, Sasuke is temporarily living with Naruto to recover and to decide what he wants to do next. Then he wakes up sweaty and feverish in the middle of the night, and realizes he’s finally presented—as an omega. In the Uchiha Clan, omegas had always been valued, and Sasuke carries his secondary gender with pride.
It does cause some unexpected changes to his and Naruto’s relationship, since Naruto is an alpha—and suddenly the entire village is expecting them to mate.
Eventually they give in to the pull between them and they make an arrangement to help each other out, with no strings attached.
