i'm starting to get the appeal lolViktor wished, desperately, that he had a script for this encounter.
Bullet points, at the very least, for how to respond when one's colleague brings up a risqué comment that visibly scandalized them. One that scraped a wee bit too close to Viktor's own sexual tastes, because Jayce Talis wandered a little too close to the concept of submission and Viktor's dick leapfrogged his brain.
This could be Jayce's attempt at making it less awkward, massaging his initial reaction into a new inside joke. Which means that if Viktor breaks kayfabe, it's just going to make things weirder. He can play ball.
Oh? And what appeal is that?
Eighteen months into spearheading Hextech at Piltover Dynamics, Jayce and Viktor are on the precipice of becoming tech industry darlings. For the first time in his life, Viktor has the promise of a meaningful career, the ability to pay his medical bills, and a colleague he genuinely likes. He's fine with nursing his crush quietly. Really, he is.

Summary
Jayce thrashes in his sheets, sweaty and frustrated. The tab is still right there in his history, a couple easy taps away.
It’s kind of like meditation, he rationalizes.
The guided ones from those woowoo YouTube channels never do anything for him, but this gives him a blessed reprieve in a way no medication or breathing exercise or mantra ever has. It could be categorized as mental self care, even.
Jayce groans. He would be stupid to believe that. Stomach churning with guilt, he unlocks his phone and easily navigates to the tab anyways. One of his favorites is already pulled up on Master V’s profile.
