Summary
In the aftermath of a war that took years to ignite and ended in a bloody battle with deep losses on both sides, the consequences stretched far beyond the last battle. Headmistress McGonagall is determined to see her students work through what happened to them and hopefully find a measure of peace with it. Narcissa Malfoy's one goal for the war was to make sure her son survived it. Now that it was all over, Harry Potter wanted all the information that had been kept from him and to make some sense of his life. Hermione Granger wanted nothing more than for the nightmares to stop long enough to get a whole night's sleep. Theodore Nott wanted the same thing. So did Draco Malfoy.

Summary
Draco Malfoy has built himself a quiet life in Diagon Alley. He brews potions, runs his shop, raises his son, supports the small shops around him and allows elderly witches to bully him into accepting sweets he does not want. It is a good life. A life that keeps his days carefully ordered.
Then Hermione Granger begins walking past Neville’s shop every morning with her daughter and her yellow school bag. Hermione never looks at him. Rose does. One yellow school bag, one unnecessary change to Draco’s routine, and suddenly the life he thought was settled begins to shift.
Hermione has problems of her own. A marriage held together by habit. Ron is gone more often than he is home, his affairs have become poorly kept secrets, and his Quidditch career matters to him far more than the daughter waiting for him to remember her.
Somewhere between school runs, potion orders, legal threats, old grief, and two children becoming friends before their parents do, Draco falls in love. Slowly. Completely.

Summary
Hermione, as usual, has done the impossible. She has found a cure for the obliviate spell, and she is eager to present her findings to the wizarding world at large. The problem is, Hermione is attacked when presenting her research at St. Mungo's, and she finds herself rescued by a masked man in tactical gear. Only, he's using a gun... and a wand?
Draco has been forced into servitude along with every other child of the death eaters. It wasn't a choice to join the underground task force, but he does rather excel at it. As he does. The Knights, all of whom go by code names and operate in the shadows, carry out their orders with deadly precision. They do not usually play bodyguard to other witches and wizards.
Hermione is the exception. Draco is tasked with keeping Hermione alive, protecting her from what seems to be a muggle army. Or zombies. They're not exactly sure. Only, Hermione has no idea who is behind the mask. All she knows is that a Knight has been sent to her flat, H3. And she's stuck with him.
