He’d caught Pike’s eyes, those damn green eyes, from across the bar but immediately snapped himself out of his trance.
He didn’t fuck straight, married men no matter how hot they were. But, when Pike started walking over, clearly not completely sober and started making out with him, his stiff body began to melt into it.
Just as a Pike was mentioning ‘going back to his place’ his wife, who he now knew is called Jackie, began to walk over. He backed up, expecting the slap and telling off of a lifetime, but instead he watched them peck eachother on the lips and drag him out of the bar together, and he would be lying if he said he didn’t want this.

Marlow | Marleau goes to a bar with his team, sees Hayden and Jackie, gets freaky with them, tells Ilya about it the next day and gets added to the WaG group chat, and is very surprised when someone else he knows is in it too…

“You are planning to rob me or what?” He hears Rozanov call, and he can’t help but smile slightly even as he rolls his eyes, closing the door to the linen closet and feeling strangely lighter than when he opened it, reassured that he’s just trying to read into a blank page, that today doesn’t mean anything more than Rozanov doesn’t mind him being around, which is strangely flattering.
“I don’t know,” he calls back. “Don’t Russians like diamonds and fur and stuff? Where should I start looking if I want to know what my options are?”
He hears Rozanov laugh, and it makes him smile.
When he joins him in the living room once more, Rozanov tugs him down to lean against him again. Shane goes easier this time, settling into it, knowing it doesn’t mean anything other than the fact that he just happens to be the closest warm body, the person on Rozanov’s roster who filled today’s slot.

Of all the things Ilya could have guessed David Hollander would say, that was not one of them. Maybe “Sorry for accidentally interrupting a beautiful moment with your boyfriend and then immediately leaving. That was probably stressful.” Or the opposite end, “Why do you think you're worthy of my perfect son after publicly whoring around for years?”
Both scenarios were unlikely, he knew, but the chicken parmesan really came out of nowhere. Ilya cleared his throat and tried not to fidget with his crucifix. “Is good.”
