So about a week ago (i think? What is time at this point anyways) I posted a lil picture that involved my parts of my headcanons of how vessel cloaks worked. In the tags, I asked people to question me on my Hollow's cloak was so short in comparison to what it should've been.
And ask they did!!!
Sometime and a google doc later, here we are! Over 1000 words of me angsting about Hollow's cloak (+300 or so words of semi fluff about Hollow's cloak)
(Couldnt put this in the notes because mobile ao3 isnt super great at that but: Please read the warnings in the author's note before each chapter!)

OR
Prowl gets shot, and when he wakes up several months later, he learns he's been carrying this whole time. And of course, he is the last to know.

“I, uh. I was just gonna,” Orion stumbled. “Just thought I’d give you something stupid. Since it’s Valenchimes, and all. But. Yeah. Forget it. Sorry. I'm sorry for uh, getting in the way."
No matter his mumbling, D-16 remained silent, and Orion was unsure if that made him feel better or worse, but he forced his mouth to twitch into a thin, lopsided smile.
Orion stepped sideways, carefully setting the box of energon down on a nearby crate. "I've got that, uh, that thing I needed to do anyway." Frag. Frag it all. Orion's vision blurred momentarily, and he blinked harshly in an attempt to keep it clear. "Uhm," he paused, desperately trying to will the knot lodged in his throat away. “... Later, dude.”
His digits curled tightly at his sides and he turned away. Happy Valenchimes, he imagined saying. "Sorry." He said again instead, leaving his spark next to the wilted flowers, and walking away before D-16 could say anything in turn.
Both Orion and D-16 have bad communication skills, and the ways in which they do communicate clash often. They get a chance to resolve this.

Starscream reincarnates as the villain of an otome game with the same bots/names from his world,but in the game that Starscream destined to die in the final chapter of the otome game.
Unfortunately, before Chapter One even begins, he discovers he's pregnant.

Expected status: Single, childless, doomed.
Current status: Pregnant carrier.
Sire: UNKNOWN.
Consequence: ALL ROUTES CORRUPTED.Forget romance! Starscream has more important things to worry about: preparing a nest, buying tiny sparkling clothes, saving enough shanix, and surviving long enough to raise his child!
Unfortunately, his sudden change in behavior attracts unwanted attention.
Megatron suspects he's hiding a military secret. Optimus believes he's terminally ill. Soundwave is investigating his increasingly suspicious purchases.
And the system? It's having a complete meltdown.
After all, the villain was supposed to die.
Nobody programmed him to become a parent!

Summary
Starscream has a plan.
After his noble family falls into financial ruin, he discovers that his marriage contract is being auctioned to the highest bidder. Worse, he remembers this world is an otome game where he's the doomed villain—and Megatron is supposed to purchase his contract solely to humiliate him.
Absolutely not.
Determined to escape his predetermined fate, Starscream secretly saves fifty credits, enough to purchase his own contract and disappear into a peaceful life of freedom.
Unfortunately, nobody informed the game's romantic interests.
Optimus Prime opens the bidding with an outrageous fortune. Soundwave doubles it. Tarn casually offers several fortresses. Overlord proposes an ENTIRE PLANET. And Megatron, furious that someone might steal what he considers his rightful prize, declares financial war on everyone.
Meanwhile, Starscream sits disguised among the audience, watching his carefully calculated escape plan burst into flames.
He just wanted to buy himself for fifty credits!
WHY IS SOMEONE OFFERING 'THAT'???!!
