Frank looks Peter over, he knows a drunk when he sees one. And despite the smell of alcohol coming off the young man he seems to be all there. “Well if that were true. I’d ask if you'd like to make this a hell of a good twenty-first birthday.”
Peter knows he's going to punch himself tomorrow for this, that is if Frank doesn’t figure it out and do it first.
“Well if you were to ask me I’d say yes.”
Frank smiles, “Just to be clear you do know who I am, right?”
Peter wonders for a moment how to answer the question, “Yeah, you're The Punisher.”
“Call me Frank.”
“Peter, Peter Parker.”

Peter finds himself in a dive bar after Frank tells him as a joke to get laid. He wasn't expecting for Frank to come up to him, not recognizing him outside of the suit, and offer himself as the solution to the reason he's there in the first place.

“Pretty sure you’ve got it backwards, though,” Frank says, accompanied by more creaking. And then he… starts towards Peter.
It’s not a very far distance to travel. He walks over in silence, steps slow and purposeful, and stops in front of where Peter sits, legs dangling off the edge of the counter. He braces his hands on either side of Peter’s thighs. Then he leans in. Close.
“H…” Peter croaks weakly, clears his throat. There’s a weird, tingly sort of feeling building beneath his sternum, heat threatening his cheeks. “How do I have it backwards?”
Frank holds his unsteady gaze, dark eyes flicking back and forth beneath his low brows.
“You’re the cute one,” he rumbles, tilts his head just slightly. Peter’s heart jumps right into his throat. “Daffodil.”

Sometimes, Peter just has to speak his mind, damn the consequences. Although… he doesn’t think he minds these “consequences” all that much.
