Summary
Dazai was seventeen years old and already running on empty, hiding behind a face that gave nothing away, he was composed, careful, unreachable. A boy so worn down by the cold precision of his upbringing that feeling anything had become a foreign language he'd slowly forgotten how to speak.
Then came Nakahara Chuuya.
Passed between homes his whole life, Chuuya had learned early to expect nothing and prepare for everything. To keep his bag half packed, his walls fully built, and himself as invisible as possible.
A story about what happens when two people, each convinced the world has nothing left for them, stumble into proof that they were wrong. About the strange and fragile power of being known, about the things we carry when no one is watching, and what it means to finally set them down in front of someone who doesn't flinch.

Armor is struggling to bake a chocolate cake, so he asks Vast for help. Vast brings Rune along, and they get up to a bit of shenanigans mid-baking.
(This is a clean fic! No NSFW. Additionally, there are no trigger warnings, aside from a quick bit of regret(?). There is no outright romantic content, so you can read this as platonic or romantic!)
