Illuga wasn't one to cry.
Or at least, he tried hard not to. Especially in front of others. Whenever he felt the tell-tale prick of tears at the corners of his eyes, he'd bite it back, swallowing the lumps in his throat and balling his hands into fists. Anything to keep from crying in front of others.
Generally, he was successful.
Until he wasn't.
