Summary
Lex Luthor knew how to stop Superman from flying—he just had to fly him somewhere else first.
He thought his bases were covered. Then the alien's words echoed back to him, revealing the bat-shaped hole in his otherwise genius plan.
Batman was a problem. Batman was the one rumored to monitor Superman’s vitals, who had ships that could cross galaxies, who likely had contingencies for red-sun scenarios, and—more importantly—the one man who would never stop looking.
If Superman vanished, Batman would be on his heels before Lex had even cleared the atmosphere.
So Batman had to go too.

Summary
They kiss slowly, tongues brushing against one another in gentle strokes. Eventually, Roy lets go of Jason’s hand, dragging his own up his boy’s bare chest until he reaches Jason’s throat. Spreading his fingers, Roy lets his hand wrap fully around the front of Jason’s neck, not yet applying any pressure. Even still, Jason’s breathing stutters before he moans into Roy’s mouth, turned on just by the anticipation and the threat.

Jason practically jumps out of his skin when he hears the horribly familiar voice of Superman. He tries to sit up but that messes with his ribs and he grunts as they send a shock of pain through his side.
“I thought I hallucinated you.” Jason says because that is the first thing that comes to mind.
Superman- Clark Kent- gives him a soft smile, “Good thing I wasn’t, you probably wouldn’t have made it very far.”
Or, Clark Kent finds Jason after the events of Under the Red Hood and takes him home to Kansas where he is immediately adopted.

Things I don't see in DC yet - Dick Grayson time travelling, deciding to join Talon just so he can fuck them up from the inside and then forcibly joins Bruce at 12. Bruce has no idea what to do with a murderous assassin kid who has more of his shit put together than he does. Also, not Dick vicariously adopting all of the Robins and Bruce faced with three smaller children sitting at his table every night looking at him accusingly.
