Always trust Sokka's instincts by Thisisentertaining
Fandom Avatar: The Last Airbender, Avatar: The Last Airbender (Cartoon 2005)
14 Sep 2026
Summary
Sokka's instincts told him Jet was untrustworthy long before he saw the teen do anything to prove it.
Every moment of mistrust was vindicated when he was introduced to the Freedom Fighter's 'training dummy': a scarred teenaged firebender who they kept trapped in cave.
Sokka has to decide between his personal morals and the ingrained reaction to treat every Fire National as an enemy to decide what to do with this information.
His decision seems inconsequential at the time, but it changes everything.
