Summary
It's been a couple of months since everything happened Under the Mountain and Feyre isn't the only one suffering.
~
He grimaced and took a long, long drink. I could see the anguish on his face even as he tried to hide it. For the first time in months, I felt like I had something to aim for. A desire to ease his pain. A wish to console his internal turmoil even if I couldn’t help my own. And I realized, I could. I pried the bottle from his mouth and a stream spilled onto his clothes. He swore at me, but I didn’t care.“Curse at me all you want, but we have somewhere we need to go.”
His eyes widened in surprise at my words and to my own surprise, he followed me without question.
