Summary
Jim and Harvey are working on a high-profile drug trafficking case when they hit a dead end. Reluctantly, they turn to Oswald at the Iceberg Lounge. Anything that goes on in the criminal underworld is known to him, and they’re unfortunately desperate.
They expect to have to grovel a little bit, promise a favour, even a little bit of dignified begging.
They don’t expect to find Oswald with a lapful of a man in a very glittery suit and a peacock mask.
As Oswald helps to close their case, the detectives shift their focus to the case of the Penguin’s Peacock beau, and who he really is behind the mask.
