Crawford dropped his head into his hands and exhaled audibly. “I have secured a post for you in Fairbow. You are to be employed at Morthall Manor by a Dr. Hannibal Lecter, one of Sulwell’s most generous benefactors, as private tutor to his twelve-year-old daughter."

Summary
When Hannibal hears a commotion down the hall at the hospital, naturally he goes to investigate. When he finds out that the omega patient, a Mr. Will Graham, is struggling so hard that the doctors are having difficulties handling him, naturally he is intrigued. And when he finds out that the on-call OBGYN has been delayed, naturally he steps in to deliver Will's baby himself.
Dr. Hannibal Lecter can do anything, after all. Including deliver someone else's baby while minutes away from going into labor himself.

Most of a person’s magic is always there, thrumming just below the surface of their skin, seeping out of their fingertips even if it’s invisible. It’s more of a feeling.

Once upon a time, in a land of Doms and Subs, there was a brat.
Mike never fitted the description of an obedient, genial, eager to please sub. What more, he never wanted to fit it either. And if it meant going through life without a Dom, so be it. Easier to pretend to be vanilla then.

Harvey’s smiling, soft in a way that Mike recognizes, but after a few weeks without it, it's easier to note the intimacy, the surprising fondness from a man so guarded. It disarms him, and without thinking Mike reaches up to brush his fingers along Harvey's cheekbone then down the sinew of his neck.
A hand shoots up and circles Mike's wrist, jerking him away.
“Shit, sorry,” Mike breathes. “I -” For a breath, the overwhelming longing for things to return to normal - where Harvey took care of him, where they had each other’s backs - almost shoves an embarrassing sound from his gut, but Mike’s learned some control over the past few years so he wrenches his wrist free and passes the baby over, gently but without touching Harvey at all.
“Gotta go. Thanks for the -”
His throat starts to close so he stops talking, stumbles up, and throws his coat on before darting out the door.

The door is slammed open, which is honestly incredibly dramatic considering Dean didn’t even lock it. He was standing at the time and then shoved violently against the wall. Cas is already out of patience, good.
Cas’s eyes burn blue so Dean flips his to black. He feels anything but trapped.
Dean licks up the side of his face, and Cas remains impenetrably still, a stone, a challenge.
Dean kills and he takes and he drinks and he chases pleasure almost as much as it chases him but a challenge? He never gets a challenge.
Or
Once Dean becomes a demon he realizes that he has no shame in chasing whatever pleasure he deems fit and Castiel has captured his full attention. He just wasn’t expecting the effect an angel’s grace would have on him and his mark.

Dean wants to be furious that Cas has figured it out before he has—whatever it is—but he's not even that surprised. Cas knows him too well, always has, even more than Dean knows himself. He's been kicking Dean in the goddamn teeth with how deeply he understands him, even about the things Dean doesn't, ever since they first met. You don't think you deserve to be saved, that's what Cas had said. All bundled up in impossibilities and power, this being that looked at Dean Winchester and knew every single inch of him, as if he had a right to each part.
"What?" Dean grits out.
"I love you, too."

Jody’s voice cuts through the phone. “Alright, if you boys don’t wanna take the case, I’ll see if Castiel will, but I think he’s helping Claire in Colorado–”
Dean doesn’t hear a damn thing after that, and by the looks of it, Sam doesn’t either. For the first time in days, Dean opens his mouth and speaks. “Cas is alive?”
Jody’s voice is quiet on the other end. “He didn’t tell you?”
