Years after his death Tsunade discovers the girl by complete coincidence.“What’s your name?”
“Sh-Shizune…” The girl stuttered.
She’d frightened her, Tsunade could see that but the pounding in her ribcage and the cold, sharp denial didn’t care.
“Your family name.”
“I don’t...”

Summary
Shizune is asked to perform the autopsy, Aoba walks in on her trying to do the impossible.
“Do you believe that there is a better place?” Aoba asks. Shizune looks up at the harsh, artificial light.
“I know that there is no place the dead would rather be than with their loved ones,” she says, “I feel confident saying that they aren’t happy with where they end up.” Aoba goes silent, which is how she knows that he’s crying too. “If there was something I could do, I’d do it.”How it ended.
