Luke played a young lesbian girl from Texas, named 'Annabelle'. She was sweet, fiery, in love with her best friend, and she was being stalked. He moved with her through those actions, through those words, through the ability to say 'I don't like this' to the man who felt he could have her, just because he wanted her.
It wasn't easy to play a young woman in danger, but not because of the situation, but because he, himself, had been a young man in danger- only he didn't get to push the villain away. He didn't get to say 'I don't like this', instead he was pushed and used against his will, and the only struggle was playing something that hit too close to the real thing.
