Out of all the monsters and plants in Proud Immortal Demon Way, the Vine of Dual Lust had always been one of Shen Yuan’s least favourite ones. It was a stupid thing, a thorns-covered semi-sentient vine that would throw itself at a poor passerby, wind around their arm or leg in an unshakeable grip, and send its special poison in their blood through its thorns. It fed on sexual energy released by both partners during sex, but had a very specific way method; the poison would act as an aphrodisiac but would also have an erm, limiting factor, stopping the victim from reaching completion as a way to prolong sexual activities for as long as possible, allowing the plant to gorge itself. And of course, it was impossible to cut off or kill the Vine of Dual Lust without harming the victim, and so the only way to get rid of it was to satisfy its appetite until it left by itself.
It could have been an interesting plant, truly, but what little goodwill he might have had for the cursed thing had died earlier today, he thought while glaring at the vine around his arm.
