Nami swallowed. What other option did she have? It was leave and give up on this opportunity he'd given her, or trust he meant it when he said he could control himself. She trusted Carina, but she knew that was a dumb choice even when she made it. Luffy had earned her trust, and he had done so much that seemed impossible before. Why couldn't he simply choose to ignore his own biology? It seemed like a very Luffy thing to do, honestly. "I trust you."
Nami and Luffy knew before they ever leave the East Blue that they are compatible mates, but how can either of them let that get in the way when there are dreams to chase?

"R-room," Law mumbled, voice shaking. He closed his eyes as his Room extended across the island, unfortunately finding the opposite shore with minimal effort. Aside from a collection of small rodents and some birds, they were the only living souls on this God forsaken slice of beach.
Law's blood ran cold as he realized the full reality of his situation.
He was stranded on a completely uninhabited island in the middle of the most dangerous ocean in the world with the infamously unpredictable alpha captain of the Straw Hat pirates.
And he was about to go into heat for the first time in over two years.

After the chaos of Dressrosa, Luffy and Law fall overboard from Barto's ship on their way to Zou and get stranded on a deserted island. Law's been keeping his secondary gender a secret from all but his crew. He'd been banking on getting more suppressants on Zou, but now he'll have to figure out how to either escape the island before his heat hits or at least keep it all hidden from Luffy. But he's got three days! Surely he'll get it alllll sorted in three days!Law should really know by now that he's not that lucky.

“Aw, you dodged!” the kid complained. “I was being so sneaky too,” he grumbled, dusting himself off with two arms that were definitely a normal length now. When the kid finally looked up at Law, he already had his knife clenched in one hand, eyes locked as he held a fighting stance.
The weird kid looked confused, but Law didn’t budge.
“Sorry if I scared you, I’ve never seen you before. Are you from the Gray Terminal?” he asked. Law had no idea what that was, and kept his mouth firmly shut. That only seemed to annoy the kid more, who puffed his cheeks out. “That’s a cool knife,” he tried next.
Law stayed silent. The kid sighed heavily.
“Can you not speak? I guess its okay if you can’t,” he said, as if he had any say in the matter. He shook off the annoyed look and smiled, brighter than anyone had any right to be. “My name is Monkey D. Luffy! I’m gonna be king of the pirates!”

Law headed back into the Sabaody Archipelago on a whim.
He tried to get the Strawhat captain away from the Warlord Kuma without thinking.
They ended up on this strange white island due to a very clear choice by said Warlord. Now, Law's goal should be to get back to his crew as soon as possible. For some unknown reason though, Mugiwara-ya seemed to think he owed Law something for his 'help.'
Law couldn't even figure out what he'd apparently helped Luffy with.
