Summary
Tobirama preforms a reverse summoning jutsu in order to be matched with the summons clan best suited to his nature. What he hadn't taken into account was the test he would need to pass to become a summoner and just how long those tests can take. Tobirama ends up being raised among his summons more so than his is raised among humans and thus does not hold the same value or grudges as his clan, and the chaos that leads to.

Summary
Izuna should've known that being sent to co-lead a mission with Senju Tobirama wouldn't go well. In all fairness, nobody could have predicted that Tobirama would end up in some sort of sealing accident that turned into a child with no memory of his adult self. Which meant no knowledge of the Uchiha and Senju being at peace, no concept of Konoha, and worse- all the emotional fragility and vulnerability of a born sensor. No one ever told Izuna that Tobirama had been a sickly, frail kid. No one had ever implied what kind of parent Senju Butsuma must've been to leave a kid twitchy and silent, stoic in the face of pain or perceived kidnapping. No one said Tobirama had ever been this tiny and damn cute. Except maybe Hashirama. Damn he should've listened to Hashirama.

Summary
Sent on a mission to retrieve missing children from the clutches of bloodline thieves is not how Izuna expected his twenty-first birthday to go. Worse still is when he comes upon the beaten and bloodied body of Tobirama Senju, who has been missing for seven months and Kagami is holding the guy's newborn infant. Forced to make a decision, Izuna takes them all home with him, fully intent of using the Senju and his baby for leverage against their enemies.
