Summary
The Noldor have conquered Westeros, and now comes the far more complicated matter of ruling it.
It is, as many would readily agree, rather ill-advised to make your throne entirely out of swords. To the regret of a sizable number of elves, however, hammers would prove not quite equal to the task either.
Rather, it would be by quill and tankard, roads and plow, and the bonds of law and love, that the Seven Kingdoms would finally be made one in truth.
The hammers were still plenty useful, though.

Oh, and the kings of the Seven Kingdoms lose their crowns, of course.
_____Alternatively, when Ungoliant flees to Planetos with the Silmarils in her stomach, a different Song must be sung, and the Noldor land in Westeros instead of Beleriand.
