Summary
Izuku Midoriya is suicidal. Why wouldn’t he be? No parents, no friends, no future.
But he’s not quite ready to throw his life away.
He should at least try to throw it at some villains.
So he becomes a vigilante. But not a brave, heroic crime fighter, dodging heroes and officers at every turn.
No, he gets arrested his very first night out.
Through a combination of bullshitting everyone, quirkist lawmakers, and the technical definition of vigilantism, he makes it back out onto the street.
It’s just self defense, right?
Or,
Izuku’s a vigilante, a pretty good one too, but he’s shit at dodging law enforcement. Luckily for him, since he’s not actually breaking any laws, he doesn’t have to.

After a very bad day at school, Izuku makes a split-second decision to take matters into his own hands while waiting for his train. He feels like he's stuck in a tunnel of intrusive thoughts where there seems to be no light at the end—
That is until he meets a strange man by the name of Aizawa Shota; a teacher who's like no other Izuku has ever met before. Caring and kind, someone who actually listens. Perhaps there is a light at the end of the tunnel after all?
Maybe not all Heroes need a license to be a Hero.

Summary
About one hundred and sixty years after the end of the Quincy incursion, Soul Society is peaceful. The balance of the Three Worlds is stable, there are no more megalomaniacs attempting to murder the government, life- or death - has finally returned to normal.
Of course, that means it is the perfect time for a human to begin stitching souls together to create the ultimate weapon.
Pity he didn't get the memo that Kurosaki Ichigo already exists. Kisuke's never been the biggest fan of imitators.
Alternatively; Toshiro gets the worst mission he's been assigned to in years. At least Ichigo makes things interesting.

Summary
In her first life, Nagi learned that if you're too good at your job, you just get more work. In her second life, she's determined not to make the same mistake.

Until she fixes one (1) roster for Kaien Shiba, and suddenly she's being invited to tea with Captain Ukitake, forced to fight in the Academy Tournament, climbing walls after curfew with a future blonde lieutenant and spending her holidays at the Shiba estate.
Jūshirō Ukitake is a kind man. He is a gentle man. He is also a man who has clearly never seen a standardized spreadsheet in his life, and Nagi's professional soul is screaming. If she saves the 13th Division from their own paperwork, she's doomed to a life of importance. But if she doesn't, she might actually die of frustration before a Hollow even gets to her.
Oh and there’s also a rogue-ish poet in the form of one Captain Shunsui Kyouraku who sees more than he let on, who dropped her right in the spotlight and now keeps trying to convince her to join the 8th.
