He had seen such things before, in candlelit rooms where the curtains were drawn against the moon, or in cellars thick with damp and the muttered arrogance of men who believed a few stolen words could make them masters of the unseen. He had watched frightened children trace circles upon bedroom floors, chanting from books they scarcely understood, laughing until something answered. Most of those rituals were nonsense. Most of them called upon nothing more dangerous than the participants’ own imaginations. But some were not.
Some had been passed down, mangled and mistranslated, through generations of occultists who had forgotten what the words meant and why they had once been forbidden. They didn’t distinguish between a demon summoned by a superior and a demon stolen from the arms of someone who loved him. They simply reached, and Crowley had been taken.
“Oh, my darling,” Aziraphale whispered. “I'll find you. I'm coming.”

Well... actually, no pictures. But the Inktober prompt list caught my eye, and before I completely took in that I was looking at Inktober, I thought "I could write to a few of those... something soft, or funny, or wistful..." and the first couple of these fell out.
