Summary
Spock creates a videogame in an attempt to study humans to determine if they are ready for first contact. With the new opportunity to interact with the new species, he joins the game to study them first hand.
Jim catches wind of a strange NPC that hangs out in the IDIC tavern in ShiKahr. Everyone thinks it's defective, but Jim thinks it might be a secret event and talks to him. He's strange, and he's kind of cute in a weird way. Starfleet starts getting wind that the game might be controlled by people not of Earth origin, and they begin to question the creators' motives. Will Jim choose Starfleet, a faction he had sworn his life and loyalty too, or a man he had never even met face to face?

Summary
After the five year mission, commander Spock disappeared from the Enterprise without warninng, leaving the ship's captain broken and the CMO angered out of his mind. But life continued on, even without that damn Vulcan for company. McCoy retired, Captain Kirk accepted a promotion to admiral. Spock was… gone.
Three years later, just as Leonard McCoy plans to disembark on a solitary road trip in an ancient hover-van to clear his head, those infuriating pointy ears return out of nowhere and without a single word of explanation.
Unusually mute and particularly remorseful, Spock shows up at Leonard's doorstep silently begging for a second chance. And how could McCoy ever refuse him?
Or: McCoy's not-so-solitary roadtrip with a mute Vulcan

Summary
“When you’ll leave,” Jim suddenly said. “Don’t forget me. Because we’ll meet again.”
“Unlikely,” Spock responded. “Your mother will be assigned to a new ship soon, and won’t be invited again to regular diplomatic events.”
“No, we’ll meet again even if it takes decades,” he insisted. “I’ll make it so.”
And Jim was so sure of himself, confidence in this future rolling off of him in waves, that Spock couldn't help but believe it, too.

Summary
Sometimes Jamie just liked to hear the Doctor talk, even when he didn’t quite know all the words. The rhythm of his speech was peculiarly soothing, and although when he joked and played he was fun, Jamie liked catching him in a serious mood. The Doctor didn’t trust many people with seriousness.
