Science is something that could change society and people with a single discovery.
Whether it be an idea that someone comes up with or an accident that no-one intended to try or expected to work.Ever since quirks appeared things became more chaotic, some wanted to know "why they appeared" and some wanted to know "how can I have one myself", no matter how much time moves froward someone will have a new idea, fueled by greed for knowledge or lust for power.
It's only a matter of time until someone succeeds.
People at a place called "Quirk Heart Stability" are ones who know how destructive or self-harming they can be so they make medicine to, not suppress, but relax quirks, it actually works.And then there are people who take work that is supposed help and create weapons of war, machine or person, right under others noses even when it costs someones own mind.
Also known as: "The Author wants to make the Noumu from abominations to living nightmares and hurt everyone."
