Summary
Peter Parker cannot stay in his home universe or he risks its destabilization, so Doctor Strange is forced to send Peter to an alternate dimension. Peter is thrown into the DC universe and wakes up as a young child in the home of Drs. Harleen Quinzel and Pamela Isley. They choose to raise him as their own and it just so happens that he bears somewhat of a resemblance to the couple! Little do they know, his biological parents exist in this universe, as well, just... in a different form.
*DISCLAIMER:* Let it be known I have not read a single comic nor have I consumed almost any Batman media EVER. All the knowledge I have was collected from countless fanfics I've read. This is canon divergence for a REASON. As most people do, I'm picking and choosing what's canon to this story and what isn't. If you don't like my decisions, go read something else :)

Summary
Peter Parker may have been dropped in some Jersey-based hellscape thanks to Dr Strange’s spell, but he was making it work. He was. Okay, reliving his teen years wasn’t on his bingo card, nor was being homeless, but he wasn't homeless for long! He’s been crashing with one of the local heroes. It’s some guy called Red Hood who seems to terrify everyone, which personally he thinks is silly, because this dork is clearly an absolute softy. Despite having the intelligence of an 18 year old tech genius in the body of a homeless 13 year old, and, oh yeah, the whole spider thing, Peter thinks he’s been doing a stellar job of being your run-of-the-mill average homeless teenager.
Jason Todd, on the other hand, is about to have an aneurism. There is a homeless child with his name, Dick's face and Tim's intelligence sleeping in his safe-house. They don’t know where he came from, or how he fights as easy as breathing. He just knows that he’s somehow responsible for this mess now.Jesus fucking christ.
(aka another Richard Parker is Dick Grayson, Jason Todd is Benjamin Parker fic)

Summary
Peter Parker was not an orphan. The state had him labelled as such, but he had a biological dad. It wasn't his fault that dad just happened to be the most famous man on the planet, and so no one believed him.
When his current foster home became completely unlivable, Peter planted himself in his social worker's office and demanded she at least contact Tony. All Peter needed was a safe place to sleep and food to eat. That was it. He could stay completely out of the way of Tony's bachelor lifestyle. The less oversight he had, the more freedom he had to be Spider-Man, anyway.
But Peter was left with way more than he bargained for when Tony, along with his secret wife and daughter, agreed to take him in on the spot. All Peter wanted was food and the freedom to be Spider-Man. What he got was a family, and parents that paid far too much attention to him.
Peter felt like he was suffocating, while Tony insisted this was just how family worked. How could Peter be Spider-Man, if his new parents never let him out of their sight?
