Aizawa and Tsukauchi were close enough that words weren’t always necessary.

Harry Potter only meant to save a cat.
Instead, he dies in a Gotham alley, gets resurrected by something ancient wearing the shape of an Egyptian Mau, develops decidedly feline abilities, and accidentally becomes Gotham's newest vigilante.
Then Nightwing finds him.
From there, Harry somehow acquires a boyfriend, an aggressively affectionate Batfamily, a self-appointed Mother Cat, a rogues-gallery education, and eventually a stray of his own.
Harry had only wanted to be a nurse.
Gotham had other plans.

'Viktor was about to pounce on an unuspecting mouse when he heard the familiar whistle from his left. Whistle ment humans and humans ment treats ! Also petting. Petting was good. Especially behind his cat-like ears. The young alpha ran fast using his agile legs and arms and balancing himself with his tail, once again cat-like. (How primates got ears and tails looking like the ones of felines still baffled the scientific community.) When reaching the plain, he saw the usual green human surrounded by many small ones and a female, all watching him in awe. He was used to this, he knew he only had to show up for the humans to be happy.'

Summary
Not everything is what it seems. Reality and stories are not usually the same. How come they hadn't yet learned not to jump to conclusions without having all the necessary information? The Uchiha clan was much more than what the stories said and they were going to discover it.
OR:
Sakura and Ino being awful bitches, Hinata and Sasuke putting them in their place and Naruto being his oblivious adorable self.
