Launch raised the candle so close to Bulma’s face that she could feel the cut of the flame, the thin hair on her upper lip singeing. “You’ll get what you deserve, stupid slut,” Launch bit out. “So until then, shut the fuck up!”
The heat was suddenly gone, replaced with the acrid scent of smoke as Launch’s breath accidentally extinguished the candle. A disbelieving laugh escaped Bulma at the flub even as she preemptively flinched away from the strike she knew would come as a result of her insolence.
Nothing came, though, and Bulma realized exactly why when she heard Launch’s sharp intake of breath. “Launch-” she said, but even if there was some sort of preventative action she could have taken without the use of her limbs or sight, it was too late.
Launch sneezed.

The hands on Ven’s shoulders snaked down across his chest, and he felt Terra’s hair tickle the side of his face. “Not to sleep,” Terra said, his voice rough and deeper than Ven remembered ever hearing it in the time before.

Izuku raises his eyebrow, ready for more questions, but then Kacchan just starts opening up his belt. He blinks, not able to stop staring as Kacchan expertly rids him of it, then opens the one button, lowers the zipper and yanks at Izuku’s pants to lower them.
“Why wouldn’t you change to sweats when you come home? Stupid hot teacher, get up,” Kacchan grumbles, pouting as his efforts are clearly halted by Izuku sitting down.

So Shiro liked to almost inappropriately touch Keith and be overly familiar toward him like they were boyfriends or something, so what? Maybe they were just really close friends. Or maybe Lance was trying too hard to buy into his own delusions and was just going to end up majorly disappointed. Lance groaned again, louder now, and then lifted his head and squinted out at the water.
