Summary
After an attack on Arthur’s patrol where he is badly injured, the King of Camelot runs into the last person he ever wanted to see again: his former servant and the sorcerer who released the Great Dragon onto Camelot. Twenty-five years after Erebor was reclaimed, Fíli and Kíli arrive unannounced at Bag End once again, this time to invite Bilbo to a special anniversary celebration. What they find is Bilbo and his 24-year-old son, Frodo. A son that absolutely no one knew about with black hair, blue eyes, and who shaves every morning. This results in old secrets and traumas being brought to light, and will only end when both Bilbo and Thorin come to terms with their actions and choices and how those actions and choices have affected one another, and ultimately, Frodo.
