Summary
Ace keeps putting himself in harm's way to protect Renato. Time and time again, Renato told him that he while appreciates his lover's willingness to die for him, he doesn’t want his sacrifice; hearing his painful groans, seeing the agony shimmering through his signature smile, the blood and gore - all that is terrible enough already, and it doesn’t sit right with Renato to be another reason for it.
Of course, Ace doesn't listen. But what if something goes wrong? What if death suddenly turns into a permanent conclusion again?
