    Summary

Maybe if the video ended there, Shane thought, it would be okay. Okayish. Still incriminating. Still a fucking disaster. Still embarrassing, to have his breakup with this beautiful actress filmed and disseminated on Reddit of all fucking places, but not a nail in his coffin, burying him alive. But the video didn’t end there.

“Can I ask if you’ve ever been with another guy?” she had to ask.

And he, tears visible in his eyes, had to nod.

Just once. Just a single nod.

Why did he have to nod?

“Have you ever told anyone that before?” He shook his head. “Was it different? With a guy?”

    “Of course.”

    Of course.

    “Was it better?”

    “Yes.”

Shane’s conversation with Rose is secretly recorded. Months later, after the All-Star game and Ilya’s confession in Russian, the video gets leaked online. Shane is outed to the world while Ilya is in Russia, and must now finish the 2016-2017 season with the entire world in on his secret.

    Summary

🌹"No questions. No feelings. Just because we want to."🌹

Shane Hollander is a PhD student who knows how to stay invisible.
Ilya Rozanov is Montreal’s most arrogant hockey star—brilliant, reckless, and incapable of following rules he didn't make himself.

It should be easy to walk away.

Instead, it becomes something quiet and hidden—late nights, closed doors, and a version of Ilya no one else gets to see. Shane carries his secrets inked beneath the roses winding across his skin, a constant reminder that some things survive only as long as they remain sub rosa.

    Ilya doesn’t do feelings.
Shane was never meant for something like this.

But he stays. And he falls anyway, caught between stolen moments and borrowed time.

And when it finally falls apart, Ilya might realize too late what it means when there’s nothing left to hold onto—and that this time, love might not be enough to bring Shane back.

(fake dating • secrecy • loving someone who was never going to choose you • happy ending, I promise 💔➡️❤️ • 🔥🔥🔥)

    Summary

If Ilya Rozanov was set to be branded for life in the space above his butt crack, he was damn well going to pay a premium for it.

Booking with one of the most exclusive tattoo studios in North America was the easy bit.

Having his brain melted into oblivion by Shane Hollander’s steady hands and even steadier voice was decidedly not part of the plan.

Or, the one where tattoo artist Shane is very good at giving instructions.

    Summary

    Hi Ilya,

My name is Shane! I don’t speak Russian, I hope that’s okay. I’m also 25 years old and I love hockey too! So we have some things in common.

I’ve never written an inmate before. I don’t really know why I’m doing this. I guess I’m lonely. I’m not very good at making friends or dating. I think maybe I can be a bit awkward in person, but I’m good at writing. So I hope that’s okay.

or Shane Hollander finds Ilya Rozanov on WriteAPrisoner.com and sends him an email.
