It's been six years since Viktor left. In his absence, Jayce has managed to build a life for himself working at the Parks and Rec department in Zaun. When Viktor’s job brings him back to the Undercity, Jayce’s life is turned upside down.

“Viktor and Heimerdinger are the auditors,” Sevika said.
That information slammed into Jayce like a punch to the gut, the air leaving his lungs in a ragged gasp. Viktor. Back. And Heimerdinger too, why not? He felt a panicked laugh trying to fly out of his mouth and had to bite it back.
“How- why- wh- Viktor?” Jayce stammered, looking wildly up at Sevika.
She just nodded curtly, crossing her arms a little tighter over her chest. “We have a meeting with them at 9.” She checked her watch. “I’ll give you five minutes to… adjust.” -

Back in the cool night air, a few snowflakes were beginning to dust the sidewalk when he noticed a familiar smell wafting through the air. He found himself unconsciously following it, like some sort of ridiculous cartoon character. He couldn’t remember why it smelled so familiar, but it tugged at something so deep in him that it made his chest feel tight with excitement. He just had to know what it was.
The smell lead him a short walk down the street, right to the front door of a small bakery he’d never noticed before.

Guillermo was just beginning to pour the glaze over his latest experimental bake, a batch of Persian love cakes, when the bell at the front jingled, alerting him to a customer’s entry. Shit, he must have forgotten to flip the sign over to “closed” again. He looked up, about to apologetically tell them that they were actually closed for the night, when the words caught in his throat and died before reaching his tongue.

His heart began to sink as he recognized the familiar feeling of abandonment curling around it, tightening. His shoulders slumped as the ticketer called out to him, asking if he was getting on or not. He started to resign himself to the fact that he would be taking this trip alone when he heard the commotion of feet pounding on pavement and a voice calling out.

You know what sucks? Friggin’ crushes. They fucking suck. Dean Winchester is a full grown, manly man. He does not get butterflies in his stomach when certain pretty boy teachers smile at him in a particularly friendly manner. Except he does, and it’s a fucking problem! He couldn’t be blushing in front of his students every time Novak stopped by to borrow a pen, or a copy of the new worksheet, or because apparently his projector broke every week and he just had to have Dean come and fix it for him. His students were starting to notice.

It's a good thing Jamie can rip him apart, make him look at it, and put him back together.

When Roy realizes and admits he's attracted to Jamie, he's not sure what to think. He's never been attracted to blokes before, and he still isn't outside of this one exception. The sex is fucking phenomenal, which wouldn't be weird until a conversation with Jamie makes it weird. Dr. Sharon's been helping Roy put words to his feelings, but demisexuality is a fucking mouthful.
