While there are a lot of things Evrial Yara hates about Amaranthe, without question the thing she hates most is her friend’s callous willingness to throw her life away.
AU, in which Yara and Amaranthe have been friends since the enforcer academy, Yara’s been with the team since Book 1, and they’re both gay, gay, gay.

Summary
When Beauregard asks for Dairon's help freeing a friend held captive by the Cerberus Assembly, they agree, expecting a rescue mission to clear the way to bring down Trent Ikithon for good. But when they meet Essek Thelyss in the depths of the Vergesson Sanatorium, they discover that Beauregard hasn't told them everything.
As the clock runs down and Dairon and Essek find themselves in a game of wits not only with the Assembly but with each other, they must find a way to trust each other--or risk neither of them making it out alive.

Summary
The man waved a hand at her from the doorway. “Hi, Donut.”
Princess Donut narrowed her eyes at him.
“Come on, Carl”, Miss Beatrice said, taking his hand and pulling him towards the bedroom. The man nearly stumbled on Princess Donut’s precious Mouse toy that lay on the floor. They both giggled drunkenly. Princess Donut sighed. Another of these kinds of manservants. Princess Donut watched them go, judging harshly.
Carl. She rolled that name around in her mind. Carl.
It was a good enough name, she supposed.
Life through Princess Donut's eyes before the Collapse.

Summary
At first, Lois didn’t think much about Clark Kent. He was introduced briefly by Perry on his first day, but the new junior reporter’s mumbled, “Howdy,” did little to impress her.
But then Clark Kent got the first ever exclusive interview with Superman, and suddenly he and his ill-fitting suits were on Lois Lane’s radar. How the hell Kansas landed the exclusive was a mystery to everyone at the Planet, and Lois was determined to figure out why the Man of Steel had agreed to talk to Kent over her.
Prequel to Superman (2025) that started as meet-cute and ended as an explanation for “there is no kryptonite left on earth that we know of.” Title from "Going Underground" by the Jam. Enjoy!

They care, Steve repeats to himself. They care. People care about him. It’s not ideal, but it’s something. He can work with it. Nobody’s ever been voted Prom King after they had a breakdown in the parking lot during study hall.

Robin hates boys. This guy’s voice sounds just as annoying as her crying does, though, so at least it isn’t just her being victimized by the bathroom tiles.
-
Steve and Robin have always had something in common. It just took them a while to figure it out.

Summary
“Hey, shitheads!” Steve “the hair” Harrington barks, looming in the doorway like a monster from the Abyss. “What the fuck are you doing in here? Get your asses down to the gym right fucking now.”
Eddie gapes. First of all, the audacity— Second, he’s never been much for physical fights, but if this douchebag thinks he can bully any of Eddie’s kids, he’ll have to go through Eddie first.
“Let’s go! Move it!” Harrington snaps, making an impatient gesture down the hall.
