Summary
When finding Shigaraki on a rooftop, he expected a fight. But what he found was a man shaking and unravelling, staring over the edge like it's the only thing left in his life.
For an hour. There are no heroes and no villains. Only a man who arrived too late and a boy who would have loved to follow and be with him. If only Aizawa found him first.
They are the right people.
But this is the wrong life.

The relief he felt when he finally made it into the elevator in his apartment complex was palpable. He set down his groceries and shook out his arm before picking them up again.
Then his relief withered and died when someone—apparently one of his neighbors—joined him in the elevator.
He was beautiful in an 'I'm gonna murder you' kind of way. Wearing all black, covered in tattoos, thick, black eyeliner around stunning yet demonic crimson eyes, and spiky blonde hair.

Izuku's just moved to the city, and he's overwhelmed. Things come to a head when he meets his next door neighbor for the first time.

Where Katsuki asks Izuku to take notes for him after the war, Izuku doodles his feelings, and the notebooks are switched by mistake.
Katsuki’s eyelids drooped and he shook his head to focus.
He flicked the page.
And right there at the bottom, scrawled within a clumsy heart, were the words Izuku Bakugou.

“Thank you, Kacchan,” Izuku says after, bumping their shoulders as he dries the dishes Katsuki hands him. “Everything was so great. You’re amazing.”
Katsuki’s heart swells; his cheeks flush. Izuku can’t see all of it from this angle, but one half of his face is surely enough to give it all away.
“Tch.”
He taps his foot. Hands Izuku another plate.
Izuku says nothing, but his smile remains.
And Katsuki, moth to flame, can’t help but take it all in.
Or, Katsuki wants. And wants and wants and wants.

Edit 3: Just got married. Looks like you guys aren’t getting anymore posts of me pining for my best friend. Just posts of me gushing about my husband (he’s over my shoulder reading this right now, he says I’m secretly a softy. Good thing he hasn’t read all 200+ posts I’ve made about him over the years, then he’d know it wasn’t a secret. I can’t have that.)
Just kidding, he knows. Like I said, he was over my shoulder reading while I wrote that.

“Congratulations on getting nine out of ten questions correct! Without further ado, let’s move on to the last question..” Hanazawa paused for dramatic effect as the lights dimmed and the spotlights overhead honed in on their podiums.
“What is … your hero partner’s type?”
A brief silence.
“‘Type?’” Izuku questioned at the same time as Kacchan.
“Yes, type,” the host laughed. “Like, who would they date? What are they into?”
The blood drained from Izuku’s face and he shot a panicked look at Kacchan. The blond didn’t seem to be faring any better, his gaze zeroed in on Hanazawa as if he could will her to change the question to something else.
Izuku... didn't know the answer to that.

In order to increase their popularity rankings as up and coming pro heroes, Izuku and Katsuki participate in the most popular late night talk show for hero duos - ‘Heroes Rising!’. They’re killing it, obviously, because they know each other from inside and out. Until one question stumps the two of them: “What is your hero partner’s type?”

The Class-A alumni's annual summer holiday at Momo's beach house would have proceeded as normal, probably, if Ochako hadn't gone and pointed out that Izuku and Katsuki were flirting with each other.
Because of course Kacchan had to turn it into a competition.

Before the awards,
before the rumors,
before the breakup songs that took over the charts,
Bakugou and Ochaco had something real.
Something no one else knew about.
Back then, Ochaco was still rising
performing at smaller venues,
opening for bigger artists,
carefully crafting her “sweet pop princess” image.
Everyone saw her as soft, harmless, unproblematic.
But Bakugou saw past all of that,
the second they first collided backstage at the SummerBlast Festival. -

Summary
As one of Japan’s fastest-rising pro heroes, Ochako Uraraka, Pro-Hero “Uravity” is used to pressure. Collapsing buildings, high-risk rescues, and the constant fight against villains. What she’s not used to is the spotlight shifting from her hero work… to her personal life.
After one poorly-worded answer in a live interview sparks rumors about her and Katsuki Bakugo, fellow Pro-Hero “Dynamight”, Ochako finds herself at the center of media speculation she can’t seem to escape.
Between rising rankings, high-profile events, and a society obsessed with “power couples,” the idea of having a plus one starts to feel less ridiculous—and more strategic.

Katsuki Bakugou and Eijirou Kirishima just graduated college in the Spring and planned a trip to climb Mount Hakusan to celebrate. In order to save money, they booked the trip for the winter. Everything was set to go until Katsuki got last-minute cancellation text from Eijirou.
Katsuki, stubborn as always decides to go on the trip anyway despite warnings of an incoming blizzard. Besides, it was unlikely that the bed and breakfast he booked would issue a refund on late notice. Cancelling would be fiscally irresponsible!
