"The idea that one day i won't be able to work with him in the lab and that i won't be able to nearly get a heart attack because he sits on the ceiling eating pop tarts at 3 am or never ever gonna hear him laugh at his awful jokes again ever, never even crossed my mind. But now that's all i can think of."

Summary
Ilya Rozanov, break out star of the hit show Skating Limits, has a problem. His stalker is escalating to violence and ruining the press tour for the new season. Naturally, his agent and childhood friend, Svetlana, has a solution to the problem: Shane Hollander, former Secret Service agent and private bodyguard.
Shane, however, has his reservations about the job. He doesn't work with celebrities. Celebrities are security risks and they don't listen. So Ilya will have to play ball, or Shane will break their contract, leaving him exposed to the man hunting him.
Despite the risks, they don't seem to be able to stay away from one another anyway. While Ilya contends with his growing feelings, Shane is more than ready to do whatever it takes to protect his principal.

Summary
Shane decides he should let everyone believe he has a hook-up in every city, so it will no longer seem suspicious that he always disappears in Boston.
While Shane is proud of himself for the ruse and for the ability to explore new places after away games, Ilya handles the new rumor with grace and dignity. Which is to say he suddenly feels the need to text and maybe even call Shane on his roadies to see if he can keep him occupied.

Summary
What if the video never leaked and their relationship was still a secret when Shane joined the Ottawa Centaurs? The team wait in anticipation for Rozanov's reaction to his career-long rival joining their team... but wait a minute, they're jumping into each other's arms, giggling like a couple of schoolgirls?
Aka 5 times Ilya and Shane’s 'friendship' seems really gay and the 1 time everyone realises it’s been actually gay the whole time.
Cue the Ottawa Centaurs being absolutely clueless, the Montreal Metros mourning the loss of their best player, and the Centaur WAG's (+Harris) being absolutely done with their ignorant partners.
