Summary
Vi looks at the big clock on the far wall. 7:46AM. She’s one minute late today. Every morning for the past six months - well, every morning Vi’s been on shift, so she’s just assuming about the other days - she’s passed by at exactly 7:45AM, always at a brisk walk, always in a perfectly-tailored suit, not a single long, silky-looking hair out of place.
7:47AM. The crisp clack of heeled boots on concrete pulls Vi out of her musings. There must have been some sort of emergency, because the subject of Vi’s (minor) obsession walks past the fire station at a faster clip than normal. Which is sort of saying something, because Mystery Woman’s got legs for days, long and slender, visibly toned with long, lean muscle through her suit pants. At the faster clip, Vi has less time to admire her ass and tiny, tiny waist as she walks by, but that’s fine, because the view as she leaves is fantastic.
OR
Caitlyn's route to work as a detective at the 51st Precinct takes her right by Fire Station #516, and Vi's been pining after the gorgeous Mystery Woman for six months...what will happen when she finds out that Caitlyn's a cop (AKA: The Enemy)?

“Let me get this straight,” Santos says, flat and disbelieving. “No one you’ve fucked has ever made you come?”
Samira glares at her, flushed with embarrassment. “Say it a little louder, why don’t you? The people upstairs might not have heard.”
"Samira,” Santos says, shaking her head. “This is a crime that should earn your exes fifty to life, no parole. Getting you off would be a fucking privilege.” A beat, and then: “Shit, if you ever want a hand with that, you could just ask me.”

Summary
“Fury and I went to take a look at that classified power source,” she took a bite of the muffin, it was good for the mass-produced kind.
Natasha hummed for her to continue, eyes still closed.
“And there was this portal that opened up but it was dark and we couldn't see anything in it,” she took another bite and watched the redheads breathing slow, “but then there was like this office that we could see into.”
She finished the muffin and threw the wrapper away in the trashcan by her door, “And in the background, there was this writing on a whiteboard but I think I wrote it down wrong because for the last five hours I have been coming up with nothing. Or maybe it was just office stuff. Oh and I think I might be going crazy because I saw a kid in front of it before it closed.”
Or: What happened if before Loki emerged from the Tesseract portal, he sent a child through. Changing the course of Maria Hill's life.

“About that,” Vi says. “How’d you end up here? What did a girl like you do to get tossed into this two-star shithole?”
“Really? That’s how you ask? No subtlety in it?”
“Uh, yeah? I saved you from getting shanked in the shower, so fair’s fair. What’s your deal, topside?”
“Caitlyn,” she says. That isn’t right. That wasn’t the answer Vi was after. Names are easily given away but so seldomly remembered in Stillwater, but it echoes in Vi’s head. She almost doesn’t hear the actual answer. “And though I have no doubt a thousand people have given this answer before, I did nothing. I was doing my job, and then I was here. No trial. No sentencing. No crime to speak of.”

Summary
Firefighters know the importance of good water pressure. Or, at least, that's what Ava would tell the crew when they asked why she always took a shower at the station.
The water pressure at Ava's apartment was shit, and the station always had hot water. So, every night, every morning, and sometimes, randomly in the middle of the day, Ava would take full advantage of the facilities.
Except that wasn't the whole truth. They really were great showers, sure, but the real reason Ava carefully planned every time she showered was what Ava was doing right now.
Sometimes, if Ava got the timing right and said just the right things, she could convince someone to join her in the shower.
So, tonight, during her second shower of the day, Ava was pressed against and three fingers deep inside one Lieutenant Beatrice Lin-Watson while the rest of their crew was obliviously watching Sharknado: The 4th Awakens across the firehouse.
Here's how Ava managed it.

They wait, their breath coming in sharp heaves that causes a sharp stab in their ribs with each movement.
The dial tone sounds out before it abruptly ends with a click. “This is Hill.”
They’re quiet for a few moments. “Ria?”
There’s a pause before the reply came, slow and hesitant. “Alyssa?”Or what if Yelena did actually call Maria when she was ten?

While she loves being able to rekindle her relationship with her sister, and Melina and Alexei are taking their role as parents more seriously, she is somewhat of a recluse. Her family always begs her to meet new people, which is why she decides to take a chance on Kate Bishop, who stole her favorite seat at her favorite diner.

When Maria Hill graduated SHIELD Academy of Operations, she didn't expect her first assignment to be glorified babysitting duty. When Natalia Romanova found herself on the wrong end of a SHIELD agent's gun, she didn't expect him to lower it and offer his hand instead of death. He gave her an out. She took it. She just didn't know that that would leave her stuck in a cell being babysat by an agent with a piercing stare and no-nonsense attitude.

Summary
When Natasha Romanoff was taken into SHIELD custody, she expected the imprisonment and the reprogramming. What she wasn't expecting was the need to undergo a sixth-month training course at the SHIELD Academy of Operations. What she wasn't expecting was to be paired up with a woman with dark hair and icy eyes. She never once thought that transitioning to SHIELD would be easy, but Maria Hill certainly didn't make it any easier. Maybe she ought to run. That would be the smart thing to do.

“Emily always has the worst timing. We’ll tell her you stopped by though,” Morgan said kindly.
Ashley looked between them all. Well, she thought after a second. It was an unconventional way of grieving, to talk about your loved one as if they were still there. But it wasn’t unheard of, and, more importantly, it must have been a part of how they had been able to heal.
Ashley certainly wasn’t going to tell them how to grieve.
