Summary
Duke wanted it stated on record that he'd not done this to "cause a scene" and he definitely did not need babysitting. He was eleven years old and he was fine, thank you very much. The main reason it ended up this way was because he really needed to get back to searching for his parents without a certain costumed busybody taking up the entire night with his issues. Duke had identified the problem, found the solution, and took the steps to reach it. Done and dusted.
Now if people could stop freaking out about it, that'd be great.

The heat is distracting. He’s losing his grip on the dream. It’s burning up; it’s shaking, rocking.
He feels a chill of dread, a protective instinct, telling him he’s better off asleep. What he doesn’t know can’t hurt him. But it’s too late. Light can feel his fingers.
They’re being held down.
Light wakes up to find L fucking him. Just according to plan?

Summary
Jason clicked the pen, and started to write on the envelope.
Dear Mr., “Gotham’s foster care is safe.”,
Thank you so much for dropping me off at Ma’s personal soldier camp.
I had a great time, truly a ten out of ten experience.
I loved the part where I got shot in the arm. A real highlight of my week.Thank you for your genius-level, billionaire insight. You really nailed it. Incredible stuff. You could teach a class on how out of touch you rich twats are.
Since you were so kind to drop me off somewhere so safe and warm. I thought you might enjoy these documents.
-Jason Todd
AKA: Jason Todd gets permanently trapped in his twelve-year-old body after Bruce dropped him at Ma Gunns's School for Boys. This time, he isn't going to Batman for help; he will take on Crime Alley by himself.
It's not like Bruce actually cares about him.
