It’s literally just the plot of the original 1993 Jurassic Park movie, but make it Obikin.

Maybe the Force rewards that kind of thing, or maybe he just gets lucky, but when a mission lands Anakin on a vaguely familiar planet, he gets a second chance to do what he knows he should have done in the first place: save his master.

Said esteemed foreign Senate receives three ambassadors from the alternate Jedi as a sign of good will.
Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Ahsoka are wondering what is wrong with their alternates.
Said alternates are just waiting for the other shoe to drop, since there is no way they are this lucky.
The clones, in both universes, are two seconds away from ripping people's heads off.
This is going to end wonderfully.

Obi-Wan’s gaze drifts back to Anakin’s long, slender fingers, and the blue shine that adorns them. He’s never seen anything like it. Not that he’s never seen nail polish before, no, of course he has. But he’s never imagined he would see it on Anakin. And he’s never imagined it would look this good if he did. Obi-Wan’s heart rate picks up as he thinks about Anakin surreptitiously slipping a bottle of polish into his pack. His mind spins at the thought of Anakin sitting in his quarters, small brush in his mechno-hand and blue bottle in his left, focusing as he flexes his fingers and applies layer after layer of the inky substance to his nails. He can almost see the way Anakin’s tongue would dart out in concentration, the way it would wet his soft lips, the way he would bite down on it and frown as he’d try not to get polish on his robes.

“Commander Fox,” whoever it was said again, and Fox snapped his head around, instead of letting himself remember all again that Thorn was dead, that's why Fox had been in the Senate that morning instead.
He almost laughed when he found Anakin Skywalker staring straight back at him, head tilted to the side with a frown, and his gloved hand firm on Fox's wrist.
Or: Fox and Anakin realize Fox knows more than he remembers, and go on a reverse murder mystery where they try and figure out who they need to kill. Meanwhile, Marshal Commander Neyo gets pulled in to figure out why they're missing, due to the bad luck of simply being on the planet. He figures out something is very wrong on Coruscant while Anakin and Fox race to finish their mission.
