Summary
This wasn’t an unfamiliar road, but it was dark and Jonathan usually drove this way, so the perspective was off. All the trees looked the same. There was no house in the distance yet to gauge anything, no significant crack in the road or giant rock or some other bullshit to act as a landmark.
He started to feel like a madman, so he just walked.
And then, as he trudged up a hill in the road, he was blinded by bright white headlights coming in the opposite direction. As his hand came up instinctively to protect his eyes, his mind thrummed with one thought: run. Barely any relief seemed to pass over him at the sight of help. But he stood his ground, and as the car, one he unfortunately recognized with a mix of panic and frustration, stopped next to him, he lowered his hand only slightly, keeping it level with his neck to hide the blood that stained his collar. If he could just get this over with quickly and then be on his way again, that would be ideal.
Steve Harrington looked out from the driver’s seat of his burgundy BMW, concern and confusion easily read on his face.

Summary
Role Reversal AU
The reaping for the 10th hunger games is without precedent, both in it's being the monumental 10th anniversary of peace time and the first hunger games to be mentored. Coriolanus sat in front of a big screen, listening to his stomach grumble and the creaking voice of the Dean as he read off the names of the tributes from District One and their associated mentors. Maybe he'd have some genuine luck for once and mentor someone from District Two.Lucy Gray, sitting next to the young blond man, tried not to think at all. She tried not to see how terrified every single person was on that screen, how they looked exhausted, how many were crying before a hand ever even went into that damned bowl of paper. She sang a little song to herself. It would be a long wait until they'd get to her home district, to the tributes she knew she'd be assigned. They were only at District Two.

The ball went to Art’s right. It was far, but he could catch it. He took long, fast steps. He reached out with the racquet. Just a little further.
Something snapped.

Summary
Bakugou’s face scrunched up as he clearly waged some kind of internal battle before he deflated slightly, a long, annoyed breath forced from him. He plonked himself directly on the edge of Eijirou’s bed, huffing again.
Eijirou watched, waiting by the door of his own room as his bestie pulled several vile expressions, and then scrubbed a hand over one side of his face.
“It’s bullshit.”
“I know. I know it is, man,” Eijirou finally moved closer, bending to pick up scraps of paper and errant rubbish from across his floor, dropping each piece quickly into the bin before setting it back to rights.
“…I was gonna pick that up, you know,” Bakugou growled, the deep vibration in the back of his throat something he couldn’t have achieved more than a few days ago.
He’d begun his presentation.
As an alpha prime.

Summary
Wake up. Vomit. Try and hide a massive hangover. Avoid Nancy. Put on a suit. Drink water. Drink more water. Give the best damn speech of all time, one that puts Mike's pedantic bullshit one to shame. Clink glasses with Steve, because yeah—his was definitely better. Hug Mrs. Wheeler, offering her his congratulations. Do the same with the groom. Ask how Ted is doing. Share a dance with Robin. Eat cake. Retire to his hotel room. Fall asleep and—
Wake up.
It's Tuesday again. The sort of day where the sun only rises to humiliate you.
Jonathan blinks. Okay. Let's try this again. They've only got eternity, and one of these days something has got to work, right?

Summary
Steve falls asleep on the carpet, head tipped back against the old couch. Jonathan debates waking him. Doesn’t. He drapes a blanket over him instead, careful not to touch too much.
Steve murmurs something in his sleep. Jonathan’s name, maybe. Maybe not.
Jonathan sits on the edge of the couch and listens to Steve breathe until the tightness in his chest eases just a fraction.
He doesn’t question any of it.
He’s tired of questioning things.

Summary
“I think you’re leeching off my libido, man,” Jonathan says, sinking further into the couch. “I haven’t jerked off in, like, a month.”
Steve almost shuts the cabinet door on his head. “What?”
Jonathan glances up at him, raising an eyebrow. “What?”
Or: Jonathan's been having some trouble... finishing. Steve kindly offers to help.

Summary
Art Donaldson is precise, controlled, and impossible to read. Patrick Zweig thrives on charm, chaos, and effortless talent. After a heated practice, their coach imposes a rule: no talking off the court.
What starts as a simple punishment spirals into a war of silence. Patrick, used to getting reactions, finds himself unsettled by Art’s deliberate detachment, while Art, at first unaware of how much it affects him, notices cracks in Patrick’s perfect, untouchable exterior.
The more Patrick tries to reclaim what he thought was his natural dominance, the more he loses himself to obsession, desire, and the pull toward the boy who refuses to speak. And when Art realizes just how much power he holds over Patrick, he begins to use it - silently, deliberately, and of course always with devastating effect.Bookmarked by kngfear (elsworld)
