AU!Bruce is really nice. The fucking best. I love a mentally healthy king. We ship therapy x Bruce.His relationship with Tim (booooo) was the most flashed out. The other kids were put on supporting roles, especially Jason e Dami.
Jason: I don't believe his yearning for a family would make him go back to the manor that quick just bc new Bruce is nice. There are missing scenes. I think we needed to see au!Bruce getting his trust, and the moment Jason started to believe au!Bruce would kill for him. Jay said au!Bruce reminded him of early Bruce, so I think he would make sure this one wouldn't turn into a cunt before giving him his trust. Also, it bothers me that Jason gruesome death is just glossed over. Ig I wanted a sick, about to vomit, trembling au!Bruce while he read the stuff the kids went through throughout the years lol. A bit of "I need to call him to confirm he's alive".
Damian: Felt more like a doll tbh. And like Jason, was too quick to accept this new Bruce. In my mind, it would take sometime for him to accept au!Bruce because he's too loyal to the image of the father/the Batman painted by Talia. Like, he would feel guilty for liking the new version that considers the mission bs.
Dick: I think his bonding with Bruce deserved more screentime. He's the oldest, been with Bruce and in this game the longest. There's too much trauma there to unpack, and I think it would be nice to see au!Bruce trying to fix Dickie's Eldest Daughter Syndrome.
Alfred: Tbh I think we deserved an au!Bruce crying in Alfie's arms, after it's established that Alfred knows au!Alfred is dead. Give some weight to the importance of Alfred to Bruce, even if au!B lived most of his life without Alfred than with him. Idk, sometimes it felt like au!B was feeling nostalgic about a cherished employee. Yeah, time helps grief fade, but I doubt even a well-adjusted Bruce wouldn't cry after seeing the man who took care of him from childhood to adulthood, alive.
