Summary
Tenna is sure he thoroughly checked and re-checked both lists of recruits that arrived from Cyber City and TV World. He might have skimmed a name or twenty, given the sheer amount of Shadowguys and Pippins alone, but Tenna highly doubts he could do such a thing as miss the name Spamton G. Spamton.
Yet there he stands. Untouched by time itself.

Summary
It was supposed to help Luigi in the long-run. Mario seemed to be set on the idea anyway, determined to get his brother over his irrational fear of ghosts.
The shorter plumber had arranged a face-to-face for Luigi and King Boo - one still contained in a boo-proof glass case and unable to trap anyone in picture frames. Professor E. Gadd had been more than willing to allow the interaction, citing he could gain intel regarding the king's behavior when subdued.
Everyone's in for a surprise.
