Summary
Every Spider-Person is somewhat of a medical marvel, Miguel O’Hara a stellar example of this. With his unique qualities - compared even to other spider-people - he really is the ideal person to study.
It’s a pity he’d never go willingly…
Oh well. Sometimes a bit of a fight is worth it.
TLDR: Miguel/Peter B angst with the main antagonist being 1610-B’s Doc Ock and Miguel himself

Summary
His greed of wanting happiness and a family leads to the death of his daughter and the whole universe. Carrying the burden of being the sole reason of the universe collapsing and his daughter pleading in his arms, Miguel didn't think he can go through grief one more time.
But when the man he loves was on the brink of death, Miguel jumps and decides to ignore the voices in his head.
