“You’re a messy drunk,” Dean says into his hair, says it with so much affection. Sam smiles. It doesn’t sound like a criticism when Dean says it.
Time goes liquid but eventually Dean laughs, easy and unforced.
“My legs are going to sleep. Anyway, time for us to go to sleep.”
“Yeah,” Sam tucks his face deeper into the crook of Dean’s neck, “sure.”
“Sure,” Dean repeats, then gets an arm under Sam’s knees and, with a groan, scoops him up and carries him across to the bedroom. He dumps Sam a little roughly on his bed and Sam bounces against the mattress, giggling. Dean moves to turn away and Sam grabs his wrist.
“No,” he whispers. “No. You said you wouldn't leave.”- Language:

Summary
Meta-comedy/drama set immediately post-4x18, The Monster at the End of This Book. Dean can't stop wondering why people would write gay porn about him and Sam. Research takes him to interesting places; re-reading novels for subtext, visiting message boards, and a really freaky place called LiveJournal. What he discovers is a sick fascination with fanfiction, more about gay sex than he ever wanted to know, and an even deeper obsession with understanding why people write this stuff. Meanwhile, they're hunting a mysterious monster that takes the form of a person's truest love to kill them slowly, the lines between fanfiction and reality are starting to break down, and they still have to stop Lilith and save the world.

Dean sees an advertisement for Sam's preferred brand of boxers, which claim that they're designed for those well-endowed in the genital area. Following this, Dean spends an inordinate amount of time obsessing over whether Sam's dick is bigger than his, and then just obsessing over Sam's dick.
