Summary
When Humanity first emerges into interstellar society, they encounter the Aamori: a tall, established species who control the galactic region Earth occupies. However, first contact proceeds poorly. The incident results in the swift de-arming of humanity as the galaxy's governing body, the Galactic Collective, designate Aamori as their sponsors, mediators, and shepards.
Twenty cycles later, Penelope Lysandra struggles to push the junker she's piloting toward her destination even as it falls apart around her. When that becomes increasingly unlikely, she's forced to make a pitstop at a local waypoint: Trifosti Station.

Jirou doesn't have a great opinion of her own body. She doesn't really think that others do, either. In fact, it's pretty much proven by the way Mineta pervs on everyone but her. It makes her feel weird, too, if she's being honest - and that's probably 90% of the reason she lets Mina flirt with her. It's just kinda gratifying to hear her compliments, her brushing touches, her suggestive texts and incredibly forward pictures.

“Rumi, we know you’re queer as shit, if that’s what you’re worried about-” Mira interjected dryly, trying to lighten the mood the only way she knew how.
“W-what?”
“We don’t mind,” Zoey stepped in, ever so sweet and helpful, “It would be rather hypocritical of us, really.”
“What? No.” Rumi said quickly, head thrown for a loop. She shook her head, trying to come to terms with the implications of their words, and scrambling to take control of the conversation again. “I mean, yes.” She let out a panicked little laugh. “Okay. I guess that’s sorted, but that’s not it.”
“Well then what has you so worked up? Unless you’re dying, or secretly a demon-” Mira started up again, but she stopped short at the sight of Rumi’s full body cringe.
“I wish you didn’t say that.” Rumi said in a small, vulnerable voice to fill the sudden, sharp silence.Or:
