Tim gets kidnapped. This is fine, actually.
(Or: Jason picks Tim up from school in a particularly melodramatic style. It’s for Bruce’s own good, really. He could use the distraction. And if Jason happens to get a new car out of it in the process, well… everyone wins, right?)

Summary
Tim might’ve said things started to really go off the rails around when he got stabbed. And honestly, that sucked, yeah, but it was well within the bounds of normal-bad for a night like this.
No, things started to go seriously bad when Jason’s helmet got hit by the mini-EMP device the gang of thieves had been using to try to take down the bank’s security systems. If he hadn’t lost his helmet, everything that happened afterward would’ve been so much less awful.

Summary
Timothy Jackson Drake-Wayne was kidnapped from his office one gloomy Wednesday morning by none other than the Red Hood, an action apparently carried out in order to, quote, "thwart an assassination attempt, Timerella, so shut the fuck up before I carry out the hit for them."
Somehow, this situation and the associated threat to his life, his dignity, and the cortisol levels of Wayne Enterprises' PR team quickly became the least of Tim's concerns. By Wednesday noon the forced bonding exercise with his sort-of-estranged sort-of-brother had evolved into inadvertent dimensional travel.
And there was something very, very wrong with this Gotham.

Timothy Jackson Drake's Guide to Unwanted Interdimensional Travel.
—🦇—
OR: It's just Tim's luck. Ever since The Incident approximately seven months ago, he's been bouncing between interdimensional universes like a badly programmed pinball and all he wants to do is get home. But if help was coming, wouldn't it have shown up by now?
With no rescue on the horizon or back-up watching his six, this is one mission Tim's going to have to solo.
Wait. Is that a dragon?
... and doesn't this scrawny kid look sort of Sibling Shaped™️ to you?

If Bruce wasn't so busy investigating the Red Hood, he might have realised that, while Jack Drake is in a coma and Tim is grounded from patrol, Drake Industries goes broke. Overnight, the Drakes lose everything, leaving Tim without a cent to his name.
Jason, meanwhile, cannot believe that the Bats haven't noticed yet that something is obviously wrong with the Replacement.
*
It’s weird, being poor. At the moment, Tim has precisely eleven dollars to his name. Drake Industries, gone. Their assets, gone. His trust fund, being used to pay for his father’s hospital bills. The house is gone, too. That's okay. Tim is okay. Sometimes, though, he lies awake at night, and he can’t help but wonder. Does Bruce know? He definitely doesn’t, obviously. But, does he?

Summary
Spider-Man is a relatively new, controversial vigilante, and Johnny has a crush the size of the Empire Building. The Four - operating under the assumption that Spidey is an adult - do not approve.
“I just happen to think Spider-Man's cool,” Johnny says, matter-of-factly. “A hero can think another hero is cool without making it weird. I admire his aloofness. And his badass-ness.”
“His aloofness,” Ben repeats, chuckling into his mug of beer. It’s roughly the size of Johnny’s head. “Yeah, sure, I bet that’s all your admire, right?”

“You saw the body?” Jason asks. It’s a stupid question—of course Tim saw it. Tim was the one who found it, who rolled it into the carpet in the first place. But there’s a second question wrapped up in his strangled tone, which is: Are you okay after seeing the body?
Tim just purses his lips, almost indignant. “This isn’t the first time I’ve seen a corpse before, Jason.”
Right, Jason thinks, but it’s the first time the corpse has been your own fucking dad.
-
Tim is desperate to keep his father’s death a secret from Bruce at all costs. Which is how he ends up hiding a body with Jason Todd, of all people.

Summary
Robin is gone and Batman is starting to fall apart.
Tim Drake decides that since no one else is going to fix Gotham, he will have to do it himself.
If Batman is spiralling without Robin, then Tim will become Robin.
If Nightwing resents Bruce for taking on another sidekick, then Tim will need to prove him wrong by creating a new identity and becoming Nightwing’s sidekick too.
And if a new crime lord holds a grudge against Robin, then Tim will simply become someone else, earn his trust, and find out what he's planning.
It's brilliant, in theory. All he has to do is deceive arguably the best detectives on the planet whilst somehow being in multiple places at once without anyone connecting the dots.
OR: Tim Drake creates multiple vigilante identities and lies to everyone he knows, whilst desperately trying not to get caught as himself.

He doesn’t understand, or doesn’t want to. They aren’t looking for him. They aren’t even crying, his mother is clearly more concerned with how his disappearance will look than the fact that he’s—he’s gone, they left him in a sinking car—his chest is rising and falling quickly, and he wonders distantly if the drowning was just a little slow to catch up.

"Timothy Drake's a ghost," declares Dick.
Jason quirks an eyebrow. "We need B to haul in somebody from the Justice League to help with magic shit?"
"Not literally," says Dick, with a dismissive wave of his hand.
Literally the kid's a seventeen-year-old boy who has, by all appearances, been living next door to Wayne Manor since the day he was born. He's just also hilariously, laughably off any kind of radar Dick can think to find him with.

“Bruce, this is not what you think it is,” Jason says into the cellphone a minute later. “You need to turn around, we’ve got a problem.”
A fourth person, one immediately recognizable, is pictured on the final page. The last person is not facing the camera, instead they are intently staring at the blue of a computer screen.
It is Jason's own head of black hair framed by the narrow lines of bookshelves, turned away and unaware.
"A big one, can't emphasize that enough. You need to pick me up, now."
Little handwriting, the kind that is halfway to cursive, lines the bottom of the photograph, and it's written in blue ink- maybe from a ballpoint pen.
Please, be more careful. -

Summary
This universe is completely different from his own; yet, in many respects, it's the same in the ways that matter. The Red Hood finds a broken bird in an abandoned wing of Arkham Asylum and rescues him. He doesn't expect for the bird to grow attached, or for him to do the same.
Basically, post-UtRH Jason gets punted into the Arkham-verse and, upon seeing Arkham Jason, goes "Is anyone gonna save him or am I gonna have to do it myself?" while completely disregarding the fact that he's a complete disaster himself.

Summary
The clues had been there all along. Jason pushed a shaky hand through his hair as all the puzzle pieces came together at once.
The black-suited underbosses who showed up like clockwork. The fancy cars, the omnipresent bodyguards. The manor built like a fortress. The clandestine surgeries in the conservatory. The guns and knives squirrelled away in every room. The shooting range in the basement.
Bruce wasn’t just a wealthy scion and society fixture, he was also a fucking mob boss.
