Okay, so this is just a bunch of one shots I wrote, some may end on cliff hangers or go multiple chapters. I have a lot already written and just kinda need to 'grow a pair' and post them. Also, be warned, a lot of them will probably end with Lucy getting hurt and Tim saving her or being protective (that is what I like to write, and if you don't want to read that or get tired of it, I would recommend not proceeding, lol) (that sounds rude, sorry, I wasn't trying to be mean but rather just let you know what you're getting yourself into.) Tim had called nine times. Four to Nyla and Five to Lucy. And each time she’d pushed the button to deny the call. Knowing he’d be home soon after her, and what she wanted to say wasn’t something she’d wanted to say in front of another person in the car. And she was right, within thirty minutes of her being home, she heard the front door creak shut. “Lu?” He began to call out. Looking for where she’d gone. She heard his footsteps; into the bedroom, the guest room, the kitchen, and now here. Where she lay on the couch, not completely there right then.
She was spiraling. Her thoughts retraced how the day had circled the drain. What had started being bathed with so much hope left her mentally out to dry. Thinking of the flowers her parents had gone to give her when she graduated. To the petals that were crushed as they lay them at her feet. She’d tried her entire life to be perfect. To be enough that her parents would want her. She wanted to scream, say she didn’t care, and that they didn’t mean anything to her anymore.

Behind the door stood Lucy with a pizza box in one hand and a carton of beer bottles in the other. As soon as she saw him, she started rattling off at him before he even had a chance to say anything. “So, I got shot today, which means my TO is contractually obliged to be nice to me. That’s just the rule, I didn’t make it.”
Despite her attempt at casual and lighthearted bravado, Tim clocked the slight waver in Lucy’s voice and the way her eyes were sparkling more than usual which hinted at the threat of tears hiding just below the surface.
So he played along and cocked one eyebrow. “And where would I find this rule written down, exactly?”
“Mmm, pretty sure it’s in the Rook Book?” Lucy pursed her lips in faux thought.
“Don’t think I remember that bit…”
“No, no, it’s definitely there. ‘If your rookie gets shot you have to be nice to her and let her process her feelings out loud even though you think showing emotion is a sign of weakness and it should be stamped out’ - page 57,” she quoted.
Tim couldn’t hide the tiniest smile. “Well, what sort of TO would I be if I argued with the Rook Book?” he quipped before standing back and pulling the door fully open wide to allow her to come in.

The night of the argument after Ray had threatened Lucy and Tamara, Tim and Lucy break up and she adapts the bad habit of drinking to cope with things. That night Chris is the one helping drunk Lucy get to her apartment, putting her in an uncomfortable position and hurting her. Afterwards, Lucy can't bear the thought of being around Tim all day at the station, so she takes the first undercover assignment that comes her way no matter how dangerous or deep it might be to take her mind off things. She knows she is not in the right headspace, because of her coping mechanism but ignores it and is gone, for who knows how long. Things go sideways when she isn't one hundred percent in the game.

This is a short post-Orison fic.
After the attack, Scully chooses to remain in her apartment. She is struggling with a profound sense of lost control in every sense of the word: Pfaster’s intrusion, the physical restraint, and even the act of killing him, which leaves her feeling displaced from her own agency. Leaving the apartment feels, to her, like an acknowledgment that Pfaster still holds a presence there, in the space that should be hers.
Mulder, in turn, decides that if she stays, he will stay with her.
That night, Scully attempts to reclaim control in a way that ultimately leaves her feeling even more hollow. In the aftermath, Mulder helps her begin to understand what control actually is, and what it is not.
