Summary
"I make a point of remembering those whose lives I take."
"Are there so many to remember?"
His mouth widens into a full smile that chills her to the backbone. "I was slaughtering on the sea while you were taking tea with your governess, darling."
She clenches her fists in her skirts, trying to stop trembling. "Feyre."
He bows elaborately -- he keeps his balance on the tiny, tilted, swaying deck easily, while she's wobbly-kneed and leaning heavily on the railing to stay upright. "Rhysand, Pirate Lord of the Night Seas."
She scoffs. "I'll tell the devil it was you who sent me."
"Do." A smirk lights his face. "That bastard owes me a favour."
She says nothing, and the grin faces, replaced with a careful, calculating expression. "Well, Feyre, how would you like to die?"
Crossing the seas to rejoin their father, the Archeron sisters are kidnapped from their ship by the Pirate Lord Rhysand, his spymaster, and his warlord — why, and what he wants from them, they don’t know. But survival, for each of them, will cost more than they can ever imagine.

Dear Elain (the note reads),
I know it’s not Christmas yet; you have very strict rules about when Christmas begins, after all. But consider this the first of twelve presents coming to you, from today until Christmas Eve. If anyone deserves to have the holiday properly celebrated, it’s you.
Xx A Secret Admirer
Or, the story of how Elain is wooed for four weeks by a secret admirer, and finds herself torn between the mysterious stranger who becomes more and more dear to her by the day, and the friend she's been half in love with for almost a year. How could she ever choose between them?
My Secret Santa gift for Tara (@wilde_knight).

Summary
They're both thinking of the same thing now, she knows. Of when she'd lain down to die with him. She fixes her gaze on nothing in the distance. Will that day ever leave her? Will she be forced to live in it forever?
He steps closer to her. "Please," he says, softer. "Let me keep my promise." He holds his breath after he closes his mouth, and for the first time, it occurs to Nesta that she is not living in that moment alone.Bookmarked by feyre-child (howlingcapatincommando)

Summary
“You want to hold me?” Nesta asked, almost as if he was speaking a different language.
The implications of it broke his heart, just a little more.
“Yes,” Cassian answered.
“Just hold me?”
“Yes, Nesta. Hasn’t anyone ever held you, just because they could?”
---
Aka 5 times Cassian shows Nesta affection through physical touch, and one time she returns the favor.
