Summary
“There,” Gustave says with a satisfied pat of her cheek. “Now you can go out and be the best of Lumière’s Expeditioners.”
The school’s team mascot has been the same since he was enrolled many, many years ago. He’s still not particularly sure what expedition, if any, from history the title refers to.
(What in the world inspired the other team to be called the Nevrons, he definitely doesn’t know.)
Maelle plays on the local girls’ football/soccer team. The gang (including both of the Dessendre siblings) show up to support her.

Summary
She looks like a proper lady. Fit to the extravagance of the strange manor. She could host whimsical parties, music and dancing congesting the opulent halls. She could turn away leagues of suitors from these very steps. She could age past her predicted years before Gommage.
The thought halts his breath.
Maelle tries on the Skirt outfit before the end of Act 1. Gustave reflects on how much Maelle has grown.

Summary
“Jyn,” he grunts, and despite everything going on, that’s enough to pause them both.
Her messy bangs are sitting just above her vibrant, overblown green eyes. Pink takes over her pale complexion. He feels the thump of her heart under the curve of his hand. Her top is slipping almost completely off her shoulder.
So close, but he needs to know. If he doesn’t know—
“Jyn, are you sure that you want this?”
Jyn is drugged and it quickly blurs the lines of her partnership with Cassian.

Summary
Peter absolutely beams when he looks at Tony, then back at her.
“Happy Mother’s Day!” they say in chorus, joined by a few whirrs as DUM-E dangerously flails the lid close to Peter’s head in its own form of excitement.
Pepper blinks slowly, taking it all in and processing only one conclusion.
She forgot Mother’s Day.
An exploration of Pepper's role as a mother figure in Peter's life over the years.
Or, Six Mother's Days with Pepper Potts and the Starks.

Summary
Their kiss is warm. Tentative. Breathtaking. Romantic, despite the glow around them bleeding over from the literal disaster fires of Stark Expo.
He asks before he takes another. Tony Stark doesn’t ask for what he wants often, but this kiss, her…she thinks it may be the first thing he’s wanted to do right for quite a long time. And she’s glad that he waited until he was ready. Glad that she kept her feelings held back for so long, until she was.
Before, she might have felt guilty, but now…she wants him. She’s okay with wanting her ex-boss, with wanting every complicated, messy thing that Tony Stark is. Wherever that want leads them, whatever it ends up meaning.
OR: 5 times Tony and Pepper take things slow + 1 time they don’t.

Summary
Her parents are in the kitchen of The Bear. Where else would they be? Sydney’s dicing onions, Carmen’s grating garlic. For a moment Eulalia just stands there in the doorway, watching them, letting how much she loves them fill up her whole heart. Her mother says something, too quiet for Eulalia to hear, and her father laughs, and nudges her shoulder with his own. He’s always touching her. When she was a child, Eulalia thought everyone’s parents were like that, putting their hands on each other and kissing and talking in a language even their children don’t fully understand. It was only when she got older she realized how untrue that was. She’s lucky, she knows that now. Most people are planted in dust and expected to grow.
Sydney’s baby grows up.

Summary
"Jyn talked herself into a corner with her grandma," Han explained. "Now she needs a fake boyfriend for Christmas."
"Why doesn't Cassian do it?" Luke asked, and Jyn scowled at him.
[In which Jyn, in an attempt to get her mother's overbearing, gossipy, and traditional family off her back for one freaking Christmas, conscripts Cassian to join her as her (fake) boyfriend for the whole week in England. Shamelessly, wildly, gleefully AU.]
